Really awful customer experience due to delivery error. You have one set payment for delivery fee so make sure it’s correct. There was no offer to make the experience better and a clear ‘not our problem’ attitude. You have to ensure your customer complaints are dealt with better and follow in the footsteps of others when customer experience is key. Some retailers understand and some don’t - the ones that do will thrive.

After visiting the shop and seeing the fantastic cards available for such a reasonable price I now order all my cards online. They have a great range of expensive looking unique cards and very competitive prices. Postage is always quick. Would highly recommend
